It’s very easy!
Send money to someone simply by tapping the amount on the app, then choose “a contact”, select the contact in your directory, tap on “Pay” and type your security code. The money is instantly sent to your contact’s Lydia account.
You don’t need their IBAN. You already have their phone number or email, and that’s enough. You can also directly tap their number or email directly in the app.
If you want to pay a professional, just tap the amount and choose “a pro”. A QR Code will appear on your screen: show it to the professional so he can scan it.
In both cases, you can choose to pay with one of the credit cards you added to your account, or directly with your balance.
You can also request money from a contact: tap the amount, choose a contact, select the contact and tap “Request”.
