Bank account not recognised
You can save payee bank accounts in order to transfer money to these accounts.
You need to have added a payee account, then selected and validated it at the time of the request. It is displayed:
- in-app under the 'Bank accounts' section of the main menu in the fourth tab
- in the transfer confirmation email you receive from Lydia at the time of the request
If you do not recognise the bank account displayed, and into which the money was transferred, Lydia cannot cancel the transaction. You must identify why these bank details were entered when the transfer request took place in order to find out the identity of the recipient accountholder and then resolve the situation independently.
