And in order to help with investigations, share the following information:
- The first name and the last name of the organizator ;
- The URL link of the related money pot ;
- Example : https://lydia-app.com/pots?id=0000-xxxx
- A description of the reasons behind this report ;
- Other information that would help the team to analyze the situation.
We reserve the right not to communicate on the outcome of the analysis. It is therefore not necessary to send a message again to get knowledge on the case progression. The customer service will contact the person again if they need any further information.
