Customize Lydia from the "Account" tab

From the app, users can customize their Lydia experience. Simply go to the settings in the "Account" tab of the app. The users can navigate from one menu of the customization settings to another (security, privacy, or notification).

Manage the communications received from Lydia 📥

From the "Settings" menu, the user can enable or disable notifications and emails sent by Lydia. He can thus:

  • Activate or deactivate push notifications & emails related to specific actions (payment receipts, payment requests, etc)
  • Activate or deactivate marketing communications sent by Lydia about novelties, features discovery or special offers.
The user can set up payment receipt and cash-out emails directly in the account view with Lydia Alerts.
