Subscription and management of Lydia Black

Subscription and billing cycle

In order to subscribe to Lydia Black, go to the last tab of the app in the Subscriptions menu.

  • In order to subscribe, a valid payment method must be selected and the Terms and conditions of the subscription must be accepted.
  • The subscription has a 12-month commitment to the day, from the subscription date.
  • In the case of a monthly subscription, the selected payment method will be debited each month for the subscription's amount.
  • The next billing date is visible on your Lydia Black page in the last tab of the app.

An invoice will be sent by email one month after the beginning of the subscription.

Changing the debited payment method

The user can change the debited payment method from the Lydia Black page in the last tab of the app, by selecting a new payment source.

Unsubscribing

In order to unsubscribe, simply select Stop Lydia Black on the Lydia Blue page in the last tab of the app. The user will retain the Lydia Black status until the end of the 12-month subscription.

At the end of the subscription period, the free subscription limits will be applied (see pricing & limits for further details).

Resubscribing to Lydia Black

The subscription can be reactivated at any time, free of charge, from the Lydia Black page in the last tab of the app.
