The Lydia+, Lydia Green+ and Lydia Black+ subscriptions allow users who have subscribed to use all services offered by Lydia in order to simply and instantly manage their finances.
Without having subscribed to one of these offers, it's still possible to use a lot of the many Lydia features, but with more restrictive limits. Once these limits are reached, fees may be applied.
When are fees applied?
Charges are applied each time the user performs an action or operation exceeding the limit set by their plan (Lydia Standard, Lydia+, Lydia Green+ or Lydia Black+).
Charges are applied only to the portion that exceeds the limit, with a minimum fee of €0.10, except for ATM withdrawals for which the applicable minimum is €1.00.
How do I know if fees will be applied?
If this action is performed in the Lydia app (creation of an additional virtual card or Lydia transfer), the user will be notified when he reaches the limit and will have to confirm that he wishes to continue his operation.
If an operation has resulted in the application of certain fees, these are detailed in the transaction receipt. In order to access it, the user just has to tap on the transaction they wish to review in their history.
How are these fees collected?
Fees are debited the next morning following the related transactions or actions.
If funds are available in the user's Lydia balance, the fees will be automatically debited. Otherwise, Lydia will debit one of the credit cards registered in-app by the user.
If none of these payment methods can be used successfully, Lydia will debit the user's Lydia account from which may then fall into a negative balance. In this case, an email will be sent to the user in order to rectify the situation and top up their account.
Once these fees have been debited, an email is sent to the user with a complete and detailed list of these fees.
At the end of the month, the user will also receive a summary of all fees charged in the previous period.
