There are two options to add an IBAN:
- adding it directly from the "Account" tab, in the "Beneficiaries" menu by tapping the "➕" at the bottom right of the screen
- directly entering the IBAN when sending money to a recipient
All IBANs can't be entered in Lydia. To find out more, read the article "Which bank accounts and IBANs can Lydia support?".
To add an IBAN, the following information is required:
- the 27 characters dedicated to this IBAN
- the first and last name of the IBAN owner if they are not the app user
Instead of wiring your Lydia balance to your bank account, you can spend it directly in-store with a physical Lydia card or online with a virtual card.
