In most cases, users typed in a wrong email address when creating their Lydia account. A few weeks or months later, they realise they can't log into the app anymore with their usual email address.

In that case, we advise you to get in touch with our support team. They will be able to correct this mistake.

If you are already logged in 😎

If you're not receiving any email from Lydia, it means you made a mistake when creating your account.

Fortunately, you can correct your email address right from this app. To do so:

  1. Go to the 4th tab of the app
  2. Scroll down and select "Identity"
  3. Tap on "Email addresses"
  4. Add your email address
