If your Lydia physical card is lost or stolen or your card data is stolen, Lydia recommends blocking the card immediately. It's free.
In case of a false alarm, your card can be unblocked as many times as needed. We won’t charge you anything even if your card is blocked 150 times a year.
How do I block my card?
Follow these steps to block your card:
- Go to the Cards screen (second tab of the app);
- Select the card from the carousel and enter your 4-digit PIN;
- Hit the button next to Block this card. The button turns blue (active);
- Done! Your card is blocked. You cannot use it until you unblock it.
How do I unblock my card?
To unblock your card, hit the button next to Block this card. The button turns white (inactive). Once the card is unblocked, you can start using it right away.
