Conditions of the Lydia Blue promotional offer “first month free”

The promotional offer “first month free on the Lydia Blue subscription” is only accessible to Lydia users with a phone number whose area code is +33 and who do not have an ongoing Lydia Blue or Lydia Black subscription on December 1st, 2021.

By going to the "Profile" menu, "Subscriptions" section, the eligible user can select the Lydia Blue account and the monthly payment method to automatically benefit from the first month for free. From the 2nd month of the subscription, it will automatically switch to the usual price of €4.90 per month or €2 per month for users under 25 years old.

This offer cannot be combined with other offers, and is valid only once from December 1st, 2021  to June 1st, 2022.

To benefit from the promotional offer, the consumer is required to have read and accepted :

- The present rules, accessible during the entire period of availability of the offer in the Lydia app and on the website,

- The Terms and Conditions of Lydia Plans

Any registration made in violation of all these regulations will result in the nullity of the subscription to the offer. 

Lydia reserves the right at any time to modify, suspend or terminate this offer subject to posting a notice on the website.

In case of closure of the consumer's payment account: either at the consumer's own initiative or, at Lydia's initiative in case of reprehensible behaviour of the consumer during the 12 months following the effective opening of the account (in particular in case of attempted or proven fraud or the use of artificial, fraudulent or criminal means), Lydia reserves the right to deduct from the said account the amount corresponding to the bonus of one month offered which he/she benefited from within the framework of the promotional offer
