When a payment is made with a Lydia card (whether plastic or virtual), the transaction is first authorised then confirmed several hours to several days later.

Before the transaction is confirmed, it will appear as a grey and white striped entry.


Once confirmed, the background will change to white.

The transaction was refused but appears still in my history

When a payment fails, the merchant may not cancel the authorisation request. In this instance, the transaction will appear as pending.

If the transaction is neither confirmed nor cancelled by the merchant, it will be automatically cancelled after 10 days.

The Lydia balance in question will then be recredited with the corresponding amount.

The Lydia card is currently only available to our users in France.
